In connection with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) I hereby grant the consent for the Vincario s.r.o., registered office at Vlčí Vrch 433, 25721 Poříčí nad Sázavou, DČ: 05011833, VAT ID: CZ05011833, registered in the Public Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 256769 (hereinafter "Administrator"), in accordance with the act No.101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter „Personal Data Protection Act“) to processed the following personal data: name and surname, company name, email, address, VAT number, internet protocol address (IP address).

I acknowledge that these data must be processed in particular for the purpose of providing the services and in the form of the provision of performance. In addition, we will process that data for the purpose of filing records for 10 years from the next calendar year after providing the service and last but not least for marketing purposes for a period of 10 years (in particular maintenance notifications, service updates, direct marketing such as offering news, products and services, purchasing opportunities or other events, by telephone, e-mail or postal service provider).

How We Protect Your Personal Information

We are committed to ensuring that the personal information collected in the course of you accessing or using any of our Offerings is protected against loss, theft and unauthorized access. This protection applies in relation to information stored in both electronic and hard copy form, and access to collected personal information is restricted to selected employees, representatives and third parties as described above.

The entire site runs on a secure HTTPS protocol, including the user section and the payment gateway. Each API request is signed/encoded by user´s private "Secret Key" which is not sent in the API request. Even if API key leak would occur, your account is safe and your account can’t be abused by an attacker. Please keep your Secret key safe and don’t share with anyone unauthorized.
